- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took my son for a strep test. Reception was super nice. Got in almost immediately and was seen fast. Love the medical staff. They explained things in a way I've never heard and actually learned a ton on this visit! The dr even wrote a script for Zyrtec and said sometimes insurance would pay and to give it a try...and they did! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I took my elderly father in to have a likely ear infection looked at. He had been at the hearing aid location who could see something in there. We went first to the Little Clinic but unfortunately it was their lunch time they said as they left. We then went to MedExpress (first time). Close walk in to seating for him (rather than longer one at Little Clinic). Front desk young woman was knowledgeable, personable and quick. Short wait, then back to the exam room. A pleasant nurse asked him to sit in the chair instead of trying to get on the high table. Thank you for caring. He is 94. After an average wait time, Mandy Ziegler APRN came in and examined him, still while in the chair. Fantastic!. Was patient, clear, willing to take time to listen, repeat information as needed, and quite personable. She even shared a family experience that she connected to my dad's WWII experience. Mandy even grabbed the check out papers for me so we didn't have to have my dad wait and find another seat. And, get this, later I called because we couldn't find dad's photo holder from his wallet. They happily went out and looked for it in the waiting room, AND the parking lot. We will be going back as needed. They listened to your reviews and certain bad staff is gone.
